Below are some frequently asked questions regarding the payment process, the engagement photo session itself and the delivery of your photos and video. At Wynn Media we pride ourselves on being transparent and try to answer any and all questions you have. How far in advance should I book my engagement session?
We prefer couples to contact us at least 3 weeks in advance before the desired date. We do accept last minute bookings but if this is the case please contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss availability.

Is there a deposit to reserve the session?
Yes, we do require a minimum deposit to reserve your session’s date. Each deposit is different depending on the package chosen so this will be discussed individually with each couple. Please keep in mind that deposits are non-refundable.

How long will it take to receive my engagement photos and video?
All editing is done in house, so depending on other projects, it can take anywhere from 24 hours to 2 weeks to receive your edited photos. For videos, depending on other projects, it can take up to 2 weeks to receive the first cut of your video. We do want to ensure that our couples are happy with their final edits so we work closely with you to make sure all your video and photo edits are up to your standards.

Can I purchase the RAW unedited photos or footage?
We do offer the ability to purchase your photos and video footage unedited for an additional cost unless stated otherwise in the contract.

Can I share my photos and video on social media?
Yes! In fact we encourage you to share your beautiful photos and video on all your social media accounts. Don’t forget to tag us as well:

While we try to avoid copyrighted music, please note that if you do have copyrighted music in your video you may have your video muted on certain social media platforms.
