The Reminders
Starting at $1500
Wynn Media offers one of the most affordable wedding packages for couples who want to memorialize their wedding day while keeping their budget in mind. This package is strictly for elopements, meaning I will be the only videographer on site working with the couple to highlight every special moment on the wedding day.

The Memories

For couples who want their entire day captured, Wynn Media offers one of the best valued packages that will keep your wedding day memorialized forever. My second cameraman and I will arrive at the venue to capture every moment of your celebration of love. From the wedding parties getting ready, to the ceremony and finally the reception and send off, we will capture breathtaking video of you and your significant other’s most important day of your lives.

If you are planning the wedding of a lifetime, we want to help capture every single moment and detail of this day. Wynn Media offers one of the most feature packed wedding video packages for couples who want to share their entire experience with their friends and loved ones.
First, we will have an intimate couple shoot with just the bride and groom on a separate day to capture your love together. This package also includes our special “Commentary Recap Video” where we ask friends and family of the bride and groom to share their favorite memories and well wishes with the couple and we add it as a voice over to the video of your amazing day.

Something about the mountains
We are so proud to be based out of Asheville, NC. For OBVIOUS reasons! The scenery, the people, the LOVE! We just can’t get enough of all of the beautiful venues we are blessed to shoot at in these beautiful mountains. Ana & Tim chose the most special venue, and had the most beautiful day to accompany it. These two knew how to throw a party!! We all laughed and took the dancefloor by storm. Couldn’t be more thankful for these two and how genuine they are.

Zach & Morganne’s wedding video. Talk about a VIEW!! this venue was absolutely incredible and still doesn’t feel real to look at. This day was filled with so much fun, joy, and most of all, LOVE. I will remember this day forever thanks to this beautiful couple and their amazing familes. Not a eye in the room was dry during the father-daughter dance.

Neely and Dijoun’s wedding day. This day was perfect from start to finish. Full of laughter and A LOT of tears. They chose to get married in the beautiful town of Maggie Valley, surrounded by mountain views. It’s easy to see just how much these two love each other!

Olivia & Jamey’s wedding day. Here at Wynn Media out biggest goal is to make the customer feel like we didn’t miss a beat. That’s exactly what we did on this day. Olivia and Jamey had a love that was bursting off of the screen! Their love was so much fun to capture, almost as fun as the reception.. We loved being a part of their day and creating this video for them to cherish forever!

What is the Personalized Wedding Page?
The new personalized is a new feature we are offering for our Memories and Reminsce packages! Your wedding video will hosted on a password protected webpage here on Wynn Media’s website for you to access anytime, forever. Check out our blog post for more info!

How far in advance do you book for weddings?
If you are looking to book Wynn Media for your wedding we ask that you contact us anywhere from 3-10 months in advance. We do accept last minute bookings but if this is the case please contact us immediately so we can discuss availability.
Wedding season in Western North Carolina is typically from late spring to mid autumn. We do not want to overbook our availability so we can treat every couple with our full and devoted attention.

How do I pay Wynn Media?
We know that in this day and age there are multiple ways to pay for services. Generally, we will send you an invoice once the date has been reserved and we will work with our couples to find the easiest way for you to pay.

Is there a deposit to reserve a date?
Yes, we do require a minimum deposit to reserve your date. Each deposit is different depending on the package chosen so this will be discussed individually with each couple. Please keep in mind that deposits are non-refundable.

How long will it take to receive my videos?
All editing is done in house, so depending on how busy the season is it can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks to receive the first cut of your videos. We do want to ensure that our couples are happy with their final edits so we work closely with you to make sure all your video edits are up to your standards.

Can I get a refund if the wedding date is changed or cancelled?
We understand that weather (and sometimes love) is unpredictable. Generally the deposits are non-refundable but if you have paid in full prior to the reserved date, please contact us and we will work with you to figure out the best plan moving forward.

Can I purchase the unedited raw video footage?
We archive all our RAW footage and Cloud storage is included in your package. If you need to retrieve your footage please contact us.

Does Wynn Media offer wedding photography?
Currently we do not offer wedding photography in any of our packages but please let us know if you are looking for a wedding photographer and we can refer you to some of our wonderful partners.

Does Wynn Media offer Engagement Packages?
Yes! You can visit our Engagement Services page here and browse our packages. We can also work with couples to bundle their engagement and wedding packages.

Am I allowed to share the videos on social media?
Yes! In fact we encourage you to share your beautiful video on all your social media accounts. Don’t forget to tag us as well:
