Room 9 - Black Out Party feat. Dakota Moss - Asheville, NC

Even in the winter, Ashevillians find a way to blow off some steam! Right after Thanksgiving our friends over at Team AMG were hosting a Black Out Party at Room 9, a popular Asheville night club right in the heart of downtown. When they contacted me and asked if I could cover the event I told them of course! They also had one of Asheville’s rising stars Dakota Moss performing that night. Our team showed up and Team AMG definitely showed out! There were black lights lighting up everyone’s fresh fits and face paint. DJ Audio was blasting some bangers while all the clubgoers ordered bottles, danced and let loose. As the night went on the young star Dakota Moss stepped up on the platform that overlooked the club and performed some of his new music including his most recent release “Fix You” for everyone in the building. It made me feel so good knowing that the Asheville music scene had not slowed down at all in the midst of the craziness that’s been the pandemic. We had a blast covering this event and want to thank Team AMG and Room 9 for allowing us to capture such a fun and carefree night. Hopefully there will be many many more nights like this for all the party goers in Asheville! Check out the recap video below!
